Our Beginning
Mini Super La Chiquis started as a dream born from a deep love for Mexican culture and food. Inspired by family recipes and traditions passed down through generations, our founders wanted to bring an authentic Mexican grocery and deli to St. Paul. In March 2011, we began with a small space, a few beloved dishes like tamales, carnita tacos, barbacoa and tacos, and a commitment to serving our neighbors. Thanks to the incredible support of our community, that dream continues to grow—one delicious plate at a time.
